As an Assistant Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Lead and execute clinical service planning and evaluation to meet nursing home goals
- Enforce full compliance with Ministry of Health and Singapore Nursing Board requirements across cluster homes
- Partner with the DON to create resident programs and projects that fill service gaps
- Manage manpower resourcing and skill mixes for adequate shift coverage across all services
- Maintain cost-effective services while simultaneously enhancing patient care outcomes
- Champion evidence-based practices to elevate standard nursing care delivery
- Analyze resident trends and changing healthcare needs within institutional settings
- Keep job descriptions updated and accessible for all healthcare staff categories after management approval
- Drive staff development and competency upgrades through formal education and training pathways
- Supervise the Training Department while updating operational policies and completing assigned management tasks
Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with valid full registration with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
