Assistant Controller – CPA

Key Requirements

• CPA required
• Experience in Controller, Assistant Controller, Record-to-Report (R2R), or Controllership functions
• Strong experience with intercompany accounting, transfer pricing, and royalty accounting
• Experience supporting Source-to-Pay (S2P/P2P) processes
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP
• ERP experience required; SAP or Microsoft Dynamics preferred
• Big 4 or public accounting experience is a plus
• Experience in a carve-out, shared services, or PE-backed environment is highly desirable

Key Responsibilities

• Manage intercompany transactions, transfer pricing, and royalty cross-charges
• Support statutory reporting, audits, and compliance activities
• Partner with tax, treasury, procurement, and shared services teams
• Support ERP implementation and TSA transition activities
• Identify and drive resolution of issues across finance operations and transaction processing
• Help establish and improve finance processes during the organization's transformation
