Responsibilities

• Own and shape YouTrip's brand and content strategy, ensuring consistency in narrative and tone of voice
• Lead the content ecosystem across key channels, including social media, website, blogs, EDM newsletters, and in-app content
• Develop and manage the content roadmap, translating business priorities and cultural trends into engaging content
• Drive social media strategy and content planning, including platform strategy and community engagement
• Lead website and blog content planning, focusing on SEO-led articles and educational content
• Plan and execute EDM and in-app campaign content in collaboration with product teams
• Support integrated marketing campaigns by developing content narratives and messaging frameworks
• Guide creative production by collaborating with designers, videographers, and stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on content and brand initiatives
• Measure and report on brand and content performance to inform ongoing optimization

Requirements

• Experience in content creation and management across digital platforms
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas into engaging content
• Understanding of internet culture, consumer behavior, and social media trends
• Proficiency in SEO and content-led strategies for organic growth
• Familiarity with marketing tools, content management systems, and analytics dashboards
• Ability to juggle multiple content workstreams and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
