Hampton is seeing a Hotel Assistant Chief Engineer to join their team of professionals! This position covers multiple properties located within the same complex and responsibilities include performing preventative and repair maintenance on equipment, buildings and grounds.
Responsibilities include performing and/or overseeing major repairs and preventative maintenance work to ensure operation quality standards are achieved and maintained. Experience in light plumbing, electrical repairs and HVAC certification is required.
Requirements:
- EPA certification in refrigerant handling
- Proficient in HVAC trouble shooting and repair
- Basic skills in light plumbing, electricalgeneral building maintenance
