Assistant Branch Manager

About This Role

An Assistant Branch Manager supports the Branch Manager in leading the branch and sales team to achieve company objectives through operational excellence. This role involves developing customer and vendor relationships and driving team accountability, while evaluating results and developing action plans to advance the branch.

Responsibilities

• Support the Branch Manager with managing the performance of the branch/sales team
• Aid in developing and growing vendor/customer relationships
• Drive accountability with team members to achieve goals
• Partner with the Branch Manager to evaluate results, develop actions, and set success metrics

• Valid driver's license
• Proven record of leadership (e.g., progression through positions of increasing responsibility) is beneficial

• Ability to maintain scheduled days and hours, including onsite presence at the assigned location as specified
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently throughout the day, sitting and standing for extended periods, kneeling, squatting, climbing, and walking
• Ability to operate equipment common to office settings, including computers, copiers, and other office equipment, requiring Near Vision, Manual Dexterity, and working in proximity to equipment
