ASSISTANT BODY SHOP MANAGER **Up to $8,000 Per Month Based on Experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Body Shop Manager with daily operations and workflow
- Help coordinate repair schedules and ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on time
- Assist with estimating, repair orders and insurance-related processes
- Monitor repair quality and ensure work meets company standards
- Communicate professionally with customers, technicians, insurance companies and vendors
- Help manage and support body shop staff
- Assist with maintaining productivity, efficiency and customer satisfaction goals
- Help maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment
- Support the Body Shop Manager with administrative and operational duties as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of automotive body shop or collision repair experience preferred
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Knowledge of collision repair processes and estimating is preferred
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license
