An Asset Performance Manager in Marine leads activities to help customers improve the reliability, availability, and lifecycle performance of critical marine assets like drives, automation systems, and Azipod® propulsion. This role combines asset management, reliability engineering, condition monitoring, and data analytics to identify improvements, anticipate failures, and optimize maintenance strategies, while also contributing to the development of digital APM solutions.
