What You’ll Do
- Assemble air conditioning units using hand and power tools
- Follow blueprints and engineering drawings to build subassemblies and final products
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Inspect parts for defects and report issues
- Collaborate with your team to meet production goals
- Support continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline processes
- Use basic computer tools (Excel, Word) to track production and inventory
- Be flexible with overtime and shift changes as needed
Required What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks in a noisy and dusty setting

Hourly Hiring Range $16.00-18.00 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
