Assembly & Order Picker
Location: Irvine
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 6:00am - 2:30pm (Monday - Friday)
Assembly & Order Pickers: This position is responsible for assembling products, picking customer orders, preparing shipments, and supporting daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
Assembly Responsibilities

Assemble products according to work instructions and quality standards.

Inspect components and finished products for accuracy and quality.

Use electric hand tools and equipment safely and effectively.

Report product defects or production issues to supervisors.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Order Picking Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Verify order quantities and product information before shipment.

Label and stage orders for shipping.

Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.

Organize products within the warehouse to maintain inventory accuracy.
General Responsibilities

Follow company safety policies and procedures.

Meet productivity and quality expectations.

Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.

Perform additional warehouse and production duties as assigned.

Required

High School Diploma or GED required.

Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Basic math skills.
Preferred
-
Previous assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, or order-picking experience.

Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems.

Forklift experience is a plus.
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.

Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a warehouse or production environment.

Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining quality standards.
