ASIC Reliability Analysis Engineer

About This Role

This engineering role supports ASIC reliability assurance and lab operations by enabling test readiness, maintaining critical test hardware, and executing reliability-related activities. The engineer works closely with cross-functional partners to ensure testing platforms, lab equipment, and reliability infrastructure are properly configured, maintained, and ready to support engineering and production needs.

Responsibilities

• Configure, set up, and maintain UltraFlex CP and FT testers to support ASIC test operations
• Ensure proper functionality, readiness, and calibration of test equipment to meet operational requirements
• Set up and maintain TEL probers and Chroma handlers, and perform routine checks to ensure stable and optimal performance
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and support probe cards and load boards to ensure equipment is in good working condition and available for use
• Manage MTB lab logistics, including inventory control, equipment allocation, and scheduling coordination
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support smooth lab operations and efficient resource utilization
• Perform pass/fail verification for tested devices, analyze results, and ensure accurate reporting of findings
• Set up HTOL ovens and execute HTOL test flows according to defined protocols
• Validate BI boards and ensure proper execution of HTOL-related activities
• Support lab and reliability infrastructure readiness to enable timely engineering execution and issue resolution
• Integrate AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Hands-on experience in ASIC ATE test operation
• Working knowledge of HTOL setup and execution
• Experience with test equipment setup, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting in a lab or manufacturing support environment
• Ability to analyze test outcomes and provide clear, accurate reporting
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively across teams
• Working-level English proficiency with the ability to support documentation and daily cross-functional communication
• Baseline digital fluency, with the ability to use AI-assisted tools to support research, analysis, content creation, problem-solving, or operational tasks relevant to the role
