Responsibilities
- Guide and inspire children through fun, creative, and engaging art lessons
- Encourage children to express their ideas, imagination, and confidence through art
- Build positive relationships with students and create a safe, happy learning environment
- Celebrate each child's progress and support their personal growth journey
- Share students' learning achievements and artwork stories with parents
- Prepare lesson materials and classroom activities based on our structured teaching system
- Help create a warm, caring, and joyful classroom experience
- Participate in training and continuous learning opportunities to grow your skills and career
- Support special events, exhibitions, workshops, and other educational activities
Requirements
- Passionate about working with children and nurturing their development
- Loves art, creativity, and hands-on activities
- Friendly, patient, caring, and positive attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to learn and grow professionally
- Able to work on weekends
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, as you will need to communicate with Mandarin speaking students
Nice to have:
- Basic drawing or art knowledge
- Teaching, childcare, education, art, or related experience
