Art Director

About This Role

Directing the visual execution of creative concepts across various campaigns and platforms is the core of this role, ensuring alignment with the brand's tone, strategy, and creative goals. The Art Director oversees design direction, layout, and visual consistency, guiding designers and collaborating with writers, strategists, and accounts teams to deliver impactful creative work.

Responsibilities

• Direct the visual execution of integrated campaigns, ensuring all outputs remain strategically aligned with the brand's tone and messaging
• Develop high-level key visuals and design directions that drive visual storytelling while overseeing consistency across all creative layouts
• Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and guidance necessary to maintain high-quality standards
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, translating brainstormed concepts into polished client presentations—including mockups and concept boards—to ensure all design elements are delivered with creative excellence and meet every project deadline

Requirements

• Extensive background in design or creative direction, demonstrated by a strong portfolio that showcases the ability to lead visual storytelling and brand strategy
• High-level proficiency in industry-standard design tools and a deep understanding of layout, typography, and color theory across both digital and print mediums
• Proven experience in mentoring junior talent and collaborating within cross-functional teams to meet rigorous deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, effectively translating complex creative concepts into compelling visuals for client-facing pitches and internal brainstorms
