Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the security and safety of healthcare sites through regular patrols
- Enforce rules, regulations, policies, and procedures with professionalism
- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide security assistance
- Engage with patients, staff, and visitors to offer assistance and directions
- Monitor CCTV systems to identify and prevent potential issues
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Military and/or Corrections experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient with computer systems and incident reporting
- High school diploma or equivalent with at least one year of related experience
- Valid driver’s license
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- On-site role with day and night shifts, Monday to Friday, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand or sit for up to four hours and perform foot patrols
- Must stay alert and able to lift up to 15 pounds
