Job Description
- Recruit, train, and develop staff, and ensure they are motivated to provide excellent customer service
- Maintain inventory levels and supply chain logistics to ensure stock availability and minimize losses
- Analyze sales data and trends to develop strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with company standards
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services
- Manage operational expense budgets and financial reports
- Manage store leaders & store head and ensure their success in the role
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support corporate initiatives
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree from any major
- Proficiency in English is a must
- Experienced in Retail Fashion industry is mandatory
- Representative with good sense of store aesthetic setting
- Strong analytical thinking, especially to deal with data using excel (Hlookup, Vlookup, Pivot)
- Good leadership & interpersonal skill
- Able to work under pressure
- Willing to travel
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta office
