Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for Leading the sales team of 5-8 RMs.
- Primary role is to Recruit and onboard the FOS.
- Should be from insurance background and having 5+ years experience & 2 + years experience in leader role.
- Sound knowledge of insurance in Health Insurance.
- Primary role - Drive sales through the agency network, create a distribution network of agents in the area by guiding and motivating FOS/RM.
- Conduct continuous agent RM and Agent training programs , also help them in coordination with different teams.
Skill Requirements :
- Candidates should have Health Insurance experience in agency channel for last 5 Years .
- Must have 2 years experience in Team handling.
- Age must be below 45.
- Should be willing to travel extensively.
- Should be sales driven.
- Strong understanding of market trends & competition products.
