Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve area targets through effective territory management.
- Develop and execute strategies for prepaid and postpaid sales growth, as well as broadband services and DTH offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive telecom marketing initiatives and increase customer acquisition.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
- Ensure timely reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue growth, customer satisfaction, etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10-18 years of experience in Area Sales Management or Territory Management in Telecom industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy development.
- Strong understanding of Prepaid Sales, Postpaid Sales, Broadband Sales, Internet Sales, Telecom Marketing & Broadband Services/DTH offerings.
