Area Sales Manager

About This Role

This Area Sales Manager role focuses on promoting CSL products and managing business development and distributors to achieve sales targets within a territory. It involves building strong relationships with key accounts and opinion leaders, supporting new account development, and contributing to education programs and marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Promote CSL products and manage business development/distributors to achieve sales targets
• Promote products to select call points to achieve territory sales targets, consistent with regional/corporate direction
• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and external clients to increase awareness of product offerings
• Establish and maintain high-level scientific relationships with KOL key opinion leaders
• Facilitate development of new accounts while supporting growth of existing accounts
• Support education programs, providing presentations at scientific congresses, conferences, and patient organization meetings
• Provide input to the marketing strategy
• Ensure customer contact and promotional activities comply with company policy and standard operating procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field
• 5+ years' experience in pharmaceutical sales
• Demonstrated success with field sales and market share growth
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations
