Area Manager (VizMin Area)

About the role

Great Image Services Corporation is seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Manager to oversee operations across multiple retail sites in Vismin Area. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial strategic role in driving business performance, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining brand consistency across your assigned territory. As Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading, motivating and developing a team of store managers and staff whilst ensuring that all sites meet or exceed sales targets, profitability goals and customer service standards. This role offers significant responsibility and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the success of Great Image Services Corporation across the region.

What you'll be doing

1. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple retail locations within the Vizmin area, ensuring all sites operate efficiently and in accordance with company policies and procedures
2. Developing and implementing regional sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market share expansion across your assigned stores
3. Monitoring financial performance, including sales figures, profitability, inventory management and budgeting, and taking corrective action where necessary to meet targets
4. Conducting regular store visits and audits to assess operational standards, visual merchandising, stock levels and compliance with company guidelines
5. Fostering strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to support business objectives and brand reputation
6. Identifying and implementing operational improvements and best practices across all sites within your area
7. Liaising with head office on matters relating to marketing campaigns, promotional activities and new product launches
8. Maintaining detailed records and reporting on area performance metrics, sales trends and challenges to senior management

What we're looking for

1. 5+ years of experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role, with proven track record of managing multiple locations
2. Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
3. Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve financial targets whilst maintaining operational efficiency
4. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
6. Proficiency in retail management systems and point-of-sale technology
7. Knowledge of retail operations, visual merchandising and customer service best practices
8. Flexibility to travel between multiple locations as required
