Area Manager (Surabaya Area)

Responsibilities

1. Oversee the operations of outlets within the assigned area to ensure consistency in quality and service.
2. Lead, coach, and develop outlet managers and their teams to meet company goals.
3. Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.
4. Monitor and manage expenses, including food costs, labor costs, and inventory.
5. Develop and manage budgets, including forecasting and financial reporting.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local legal requirements.
7. Collaborate with the headquarters team to align with brand standards and strategies.
8. Foster strong relationships with the local community to strengthen brand presence.
9. Liaise with the Franchise Manager from head office for inspection and audit.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Area Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role in the F&B industry for at least 3–5 years.
• Strong English skills both written and spoken.
• Expertise in streamlining operations to ensure efficiency and consistency.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
• Ability to address challenges quickly and effectively.
• Capacity to plan and execute long-term business strategies.
• Excellent understanding of F&B operations, including inventory management, cost control, and service standards.
• Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Strategic thinking and ability to analyze market trends to improve performance.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially in high-pressure situations.
