岗位职责：
1.项目协调与目标推进：对接与协同美国本土员工，推动项目进展并完成北美区域销售目标。
2.市场开发与销售管理：负责维护及拓展北美医用显示器市场，开发本地经销商与代理商，管理销售渠道，并制定和实施销售计划以达成销售目标。
3.定制业务开发：负责开发北美医疗厂商医用显示器及人机界面业务的新项目和新客户。
4.市场宣传与调研：参加北美相关医疗展会，进行品牌宣传，提高公司知名度，开拓市场，关注海外市场动态，收集竞争对手的项目、布局、价格和产品情报，为公司决策提供支持。
任职要求：
1.学历要求：本科及以上学历，优先考虑生物医学工程及工科专业，有3-5年医疗器械或显示相关产品销售经验。
2.项目及客户开发经验：具备丰富的项目及客户开发经验。
3.语言能力：英语流利，能够作为工作语言。
4.行业知识：对显示器相关技术或医疗设备有深入了解，能够快速理解客户需求。
5.个人素质：适应出差，积极主动，具备良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神，自律性和执行力强，具备快速学习和逻辑思维能力。
