About This Role

Managing the overall operations of a miso ramen specialty store is at the heart of this role, with the opportunity to become a store manager within 1 to 2 years of joining. Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including customer service, cooking, and managing store metrics
• Participate in preparation tasks, cooking, plating, and serving customers
• Handle cleaning and dishwashing duties
• Manage food costs and ingredient inventory
• Recruit and train staff
• Start as a store manager candidate with training to develop skills in customer service and cooking
• Learn to manage sales and create schedules as part of the operational duties
• Lead promotional events to enhance store performance

Requirements

• Must have at least 3 years of experience in the food service industry as a full-time employee
• Must be 18 years or older due to late-night work regulations
