Area Manager

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and implement business development strategies to support long-term growth.
• Set performance standards, objectives, and targets for stores within the assigned area.
• Monitor and optimize store operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and coach Store Managers to achieve operational and sales goals.
• Ensure stores meet sales, profitability, and budget objectives.
• Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop action plans for improvement.
• Resolve operational issues and provide practical business solutions.
• Prepare reports and present area performance updates to senior management.
• Support expansion initiatives, acquisitions, and new store openings when required.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in an Area Manager or similar multi-unit management role.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple store operations simultaneously.
• Strong financial, operations, and people management capabilities.
