Architectural Drafter/Designer

NOW HIRING - BEECHWOOD DESIGN SOLUTIONS:
Drafter/Designer with a minimum of 5 years’ experience with Revit, residential & Commercial design abilities.
Outgoing, independent worker.

• Prepare architectural drawings using Revit.
• Take a project from start to finish.
• Have creative design abilities.
• Detail oriented.
• Create a complete set of floor plans per customer specification in accordance with internal drafting standards.
• Produce detailed working drawings, designs, and plans in Revit and other 3D design programs.
• Revise architectural plans as marked and thoroughly coordinate all sheets that are affected by any changes.
• Organize all engineering requirements for permitting process.
• Must have good communication skills and be able to work with clients, engineers, supervisors and other staff to ensure a competed project in a timely manner.
• Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years professional experience
• Strong Revit skills
• Ability to work effectively to complete a project in a timely manner
• Experience in producing detailed construction document sets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
