Architectural Drafter / Render Artist

Role Description: The Architectural Drafter / Render Artist is a contract role responsible for producing precise architectural drawings and high-quality visualizations in support of residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day tasks include drafting floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details, preparing 2D and 3D renderings, and collaborating with architects and project managers to refine design solutions. The role also involves updating documentation based on feedback, ensuring drawings comply with relevant standards, and coordinating files and deliverables for timely submissions. This is a hybrid position located in Curitiba, PR, with a mix of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings, with the ability to produce accurate, buildable documentation.
• Foundational knowledge of Architecture and Planning, including basic design principles and spatial organization.
• Proficiency in technical Drawing, both 2D and 3D, using industry-standard CAD and visualization software.
• Experience with architectural rendering tools (e.g., SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, Lumion, D5, AI rendering tools or similar) and visualization workflows.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a remote and hybrid work environment.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with an international, multidisciplinary team.
• Relevant education in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Drafting, or a related field; professional experience in architectural drafting or rendering is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with building codes, construction methods, and documentation standards is a plus.
