Architectural Drafter

About This Role

This role involves preparing, revising, and developing architectural drawings and technical documentation for villa or residential projects. The drafter will implement design directions from architects and engineers, manage drawing revisions, and support project documentation using various software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, revise, and develop architectural drawings and technical documentation from Design Development (DD) through Detailed Engineering Design (DED)
• Implement design directions and technical instruction from Architect and Engineers
• Manage drawing revisions, document control, and version updates throughout the project lifecycle
• Support project documentation using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (if applicable), and AI productivity tools approved by the company

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Drafting, Technical Drawing, or equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Drafter, Architectural Drafter, or similar role
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing, construction methods, and how drawings are translated into site execution
• Must be able to independently prepare Detailed Engineering Design (DED), working drawings, and construction details for villa or residential projects
• Basic understanding of building construction methods and materials
• Basic English for reading notes and drawing comments
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Can work from clear instructions with little supervision
• AutoCAD (mandatory)
• SketchUp (mandatory)

Nice to have:

• Revit
• Familiarity with AI tools for productivity
