Architectural Designer

About This Role

Designing development and construction documents in Revit from concept drawings is a core part of this architectural designer role, which also involves assisting in conceptual and schematic design and coordinating production work. The position offers career growth and varied experiences within an award-winning architectural firm.

Responsibilities

• Design development and construction documents in Revit from concept drawings
• Develop or assist in conceptual and schematic design
• Effectively coordinate production work internally and with other project stakeholders

Requirements

• 2-5 years of proven experience in all aspects of the design process, preferably with commercial, institutional, and adaptive reuse projects
• Complete understanding of building materials, technology, and structures
• Exceptional communication and client relationships
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Minimum Bachelor of Architecture required
• Authorized to work in the United States

Nice to have:

• Experience with Historic Tax Credit applications
• Intent to pursue licensure preferred
• Interest in interior architecture
