Come create computer-aided plans that will bring our communities to life.
Using premier CAD technology, you’ll draw accurate and detailed plans that help illustrate home plans, building materials, options, etc. You will also develop forms, charts, and other construction documents for review by internal decision-makers and future homeowners.
Requirements for this position include a bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent of 2-5 years' experience in the homebuilding industry. Additional skills include proficiency in AutoCAD Architectural Desktop, Google Sketchup, knowledge of residential construction and structural and mechanical designs.
You can look forward to professional support, an hourly rate between $28.85 - $36.06 with eligibility for bonuses and extensive benefits—including time off for holidays, 3 weeks paid vacation, 6 sick days and 3 personal days, eligibility for overtime, medical/dental/vision coverage, discounts on mortgages and home appliances, and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
