About This Role
This architect project manager role involves coordinating all phases of medium-complexity architectural projects. The person will manage administrative, aesthetic, technical, and financial aspects, focusing on contract and client relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Take charge of a medium-complexity architectural project and coordinate all architectural phases
- Execute parts of projects according to project progress, paying specific attention to administrative, aesthetic, technical, and financial aspects
- Ensure operational follow-up of the contract with the client and manage client relationships throughout all project phases
- Take charge of execution files, construction site monitoring, and CSS
- Actively involve team members, ensuring everyone feels they contribute to the results and fostering trust
- Actively contribute to the execution of parts of architectural projects, for several projects in parallel and in collaboration with the team
- Ensure proper follow-up of projects in charge
- Establish project schedules based on contracts and ensure their profitability
Requirements
- Diploma: Architect or engineer-architect
- Experience: 7 to 10 years
- Very good command of CSS level A and excellent technical knowledge
- Advanced level in French (written and oral)
- Critical thinking with the will and ability to take initiatives
- Experience and taste for teamwork with good project leadership skills
- Pragmatic and rigorous in the technical/administrative follow-up of projects and construction sites
Nice to have:
- Command of English and/or Dutch
- Good knowledge of CAD & BIM-REVIT
