Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. CoE Strategy & Governance
- Define and drive the Apriso CoE roadmap , standards, and best practices across global implementations
- Establish solution governance frameworks , design principles, and reusable assets
- Lead global template design and rollout strategy for multi-site deployments
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, Industry 4.0 initiatives, and digital transformation programs
2. Enterprise Solution Architecture
- Architect scalable, reusable Apriso solutions across manufacturing domains:
- Production Execution
- Quality Management
- Warehouse Management
- Maintenance
- Time & Labor
- Drive Fit-Gap analysis, solution blueprinting, and architecture reviews
- Design multi-plant/multi-instance architectures including high availability and performance optimization
- Balance business requirements vs enterprise architecture trade-offs
3. Standardization & Reusability
- Develop and maintain:
- Global solution templates
- Reusable business components, screen frameworks, and integration patterns
- Standardize use of:
- Apriso Process Builder
- Business Components
- Machine Integration (MI)
- Global Process Manager (GPM)
- Define and enforce coding standards (JavaScript/C#/SQL) and naming conventions
4. Integration Architecture
- Design enterprise-wide integration frameworks:
- ERP (SAP/Oracle) via XSLT, web services, middleware
- Shopfloor via OPC DA/UA, APIs, IoT integrations
- Define canonical data models and integration standards
- Oversee system integration architecture across MES, ERP, PLM, and IoT platforms
5. Technology Leadership & Capability Building
- Act as Apriso SME and thought leader within the organization
- Mentor and guide Solution Architects, Leads, and Developers
- Build CoE capability including training, certifications, and knowledge management
- Evaluate and onboard new Apriso features/versions (9.6–2024+)
