I’m helping Mogtaba Abdelmoneim find a top candidate to join their team in the role of Appointment Setter / Sales Consultant.
You will drive financial growth for clients by connecting them with strategic wealth solutions.
Compensation:
USD 800 - 4k/month
Location:
Remote (for residents of Argentina, Colombia, and Costa Rica).

Responsibilities and more:
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients in the United States.
- Qualify leads based on income, interest, investment goals, and overall fit.
- Clearly explain the company’s services without making guarantees or misleading claims.
- Book qualified appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with leads by phone, text, and email.
- Handle common objections professionally and confidently.
- Maintain accurate notes and update lead activity in the CRM.
- Meet weekly targets for calls, conversations, qualified appointments, and show rates.
- Confirm upcoming appointments and help reduce cancellations and no-shows.
- Attend team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English with clear, natural pronunciation.
- Previous experience in appointment setting, outbound sales, cold calling, or lead qualification.
- Comfortable speaking with high-income professionals, executives, and business owners.
- Confident, persuasive, professional, and able to build trust quickly.
- Strong objection-handling and active-listening skills.
- Available to work during United States business hours.
- Reliable high-speed internet, computer, headset, and quiet workspace.
- Comfortable using a CRM, calling software, email, and messaging tools.
- Organized, dependable, coachable, and results-driven.
- Able to meet daily call-volume and appointment-setting targets.
- Experience in financial services, tax, real estate, investment, insurance, or professional services is preferred, BUT NOT REQUIRED
