Participate in Problem Solving discussions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges.
Document and track client issues for future reference.
Conduct regular system checks and maintenance tasks.
Assist in the implementation of system upgrades and enhancements.
Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Desk Management.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL framework.
Minimum 0-2 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : Bachelor
