About the role
Job Description:
We are seeking an Application Support professional with 5–8 years of experience in Application Maintenance and Support (AMS) within the Engineering domain. The role requires experience supporting Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Adobe, and Engineering Applications, along with strong troubleshooting skills across applications, databases, and hybrid cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have strong Production Support experience, including Severity 1/Severity 2 incident management, RCA, ITIL processes, and effective communication with technical and non-technical users.
Key Skills:
• 5–8 years of Application Support / AMS experience in the Engineering domain, with strong Engineering Application Support and Production Support experience
• Experience installing, configuring, and supporting Bluebeam, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, and Engineering Applications
• Strong troubleshooting across applications, databases, and hybrid cloud environments, with experience using issue tracking and reporting tools
• Experience managing Sev-1/Sev-2 incidents, driving RCA, and ensuring rapid restoration of service
Required Qualifications:
• 5–8 years of experience in Application Support / Application Maintenance and Support (AMS)
• Engineering/IT background preferred
• Minimum 4+ technical skills from the mandatory technical skill set
• Strong command of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management
• Advanced execution capabilities with the ability to adjust quickly to changes and reprioritization
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-IT staff
Additional Skills:
• Autodesk Applications and Bentley Applications
• Basics of SQL and basic understanding of CAD Applications
• HQMS and Clarity
• Hybrid Cloud Troubleshooting, Issue Tracking, and Reporting
