About This Role
This contractor role is for an experienced appliance service technician to repair and maintain home appliances for clients across Canada. It is an opportunity to grow a career in appliance repair, develop skills, and manage a full schedule of appointments.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional appliance repair services to clients across assigned areas
- Maintain consistent communication with scheduled clients to provide updates on appointments, job progress, and status of parts orders
- Keep up with 6-8 service appointments per day
- Manage billing and invoicing for work done to clients
- Order and install necessary replacement parts for clients
Requirements
- Appliance repair certification or relevant accreditation
- Over 1 year of experience in repairing household appliances
- Have own tools and vehicle
- Familiar with all popular makes and brands (Samsung, LG, GE, Whirlpool, Kenmore, KitchenAid, Frigidaire, Amana, etc.)
- Own company registered and liability insurance policy set up
Nice to have:
