Responsibilities

• Diagnose appliance malfunctions using electrical and mechanical knowledge, including interpreting schematics and technical manuals
• Perform repairs on appliances such as washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers with precision and efficiency
• Conduct routine maintenance of appliances to ensure proper operation
• Communicate clearly with customers about repair processes, timelines, and maintenance tips to enhance their experience
• Maintain detailed service records, including parts used, repairs performed, and diagnostic findings for each job
• Follow safety protocols diligently during all repair procedures to ensure a secure working environment

Requirements

• Proven electrical experience with a solid understanding of wiring diagrams, schematics, and electrical systems
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience repairing household appliances
• Familiarity with appliance repair techniques, assembly processes, and troubleshooting methods
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals effectively
