Working on different appliances in various homes to solve diverse problems is the core of this field-based role. This position suits a technician who can confidently diagnose issues, explain repairs, complete quality work, and ensure appliances operate properly before leaving.

Responsibilities

• Perform washer and dryer repairs
• Conduct refrigerator and freezer repairs
• Complete dishwasher repairs
• Execute stove, oven, microwave, and range hood repairs
• Perform appliance diagnostics
• Replace parts
• Conduct follow-up visits after parts arrive
• Perform functional testing before closing work orders
• Provide photo documentation and digital reporting

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional appliance repair experience
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
• Enjoys working in customers’ homes
• Takes pride in quality workmanship
• Own vehicle, tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Comfortable using a smartphone for work orders, navigation, photos, and reporting
• Understands when a repair is outside their approved scope
• Communicates professionally with customers and the operations team
