Responsibilities

1. 5 to 10 years of experience in API Automation testing with a strong understanding of Agile testing methodologies and best practices.
2. Minimum 5+ years of experience in API automation using Rest Assured with BDD Cucumber, including the ability to design and implement automation frameworks from scratch.
3. Minimum 2+ years of experience in API functional testing using tools -Postman/SoapUI, Swagger UI.
4. Hands-on experience with Playwright for modern test automation.
5. Experience in UI test automation using Java-Selenium with Page Object Model and BDD (Cucumber) approach.
6. Familiarity with DevOps tools including GitHub, Jenkins, and GitLab for CI/CD and version control. Should have worked on IDE like IntelliJ and VS code for API Automation.
7. Experience working with databases such as Oracle and PostgreSQL for validation and data handling.
8. Proven ability to independently manage end-to-end (E2E) API testing activities.
9. Excellent communication skills with experience in client interaction and stakeholder management.
10. Experience on Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure.
11. Must have worked on Agile practices
12. Knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
