Responsibilities ■ポジションについて APACエリアのプロダクト開発チームにおいて、社内向け採用オートメーションツール開発プロジェクトを推進いただくポジションです。
ビジネス部門と開発チームの橋渡し役として、要件定義、進行管理、関係者調整を担いながら、プロジェクト全体をリードいただきます。
■主な業務内容
- プロジェクトの企画からリリースまでの全体管理
- プロジェクトスコープの策定およびマイルストーン管理
- リクルーターやビジネス部門へのヒアリングおよび要件整理
- プロダクト要件定義書（PRD）の作成
- 開発チームおよびビジネス部門との調整・コミュニケーション推進
- デイリースタンドアップ、進捗会議、ステークホルダーミーティングの運営
- プロジェクト進捗管理および課題管理
- リリース遅延要因の特定および解消
- ツール導入時の展開計画および導入支援
- ユーザー向けトレーニングの調整および運営
- 開発フェーズから運用フェーズへの移行支援

Requirements ■必須
- プロジェクトマネジメント経験3年以上
- 複数部門が関わるプロジェクトを企画から完遂まで推進した経験
- 要件定義書、業務フロー、プロジェクト関連資料の作成経験
- Jira、Asana、Trello等のプロジェクト管理ツールの利用経験
- アジャイル開発環境でのプロジェクト推進経験
- バックログ管理および優先順位付けの経験
- ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル
- ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル

- システム導入や業務プロセス改革の推進経験
- HR・採用領域に関する知識または業務経験
