Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day Accounts Payable function
- Lead, mentor, and develop AP Supervisors and Analysts (15–20 indirect reports)
- Drive process improvements, automation, reporting enhancements, and AI initiatives
- Develop and track KPIs to improve team performance
- Partner with internal teams and vendors to resolve payment and invoice issues
- Support month-end close, audits, and special projects
- Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls
Qualifications
- 10+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- 6+ years of leadership experience
- Experience with Coupa or P21 experience is a plus
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
