💼 AP & AR ANALYST
What you’ll do:
• Process invoices and manage payments
• Maintain Accounts Payable & Receivable ledgers
• Handle payment runs and bank reconciliations
• Support cash collection and cash allocation
• Manage invoice and AP/AR queries
• Prepare regular financial reports
What we’re looking for:
• 🎓 BSc/MSc degree required
• Strong English communication skills
• No previous experience required
• Finance/economics background is an advantage
📈 AP & AR SENIOR ANALYST
What you’ll do:
• Manage AP & AR processes in an international environment
• Oversee invoice processing, payments and cash collection
• Perform account and bank reconciliations
• Handle complex AP/AR queries and support issue resolution
• Contribute to reporting, audits and process improvements
• Support and advise team members
What we’re looking for:
• 🎓 BSc/MSc degree required
• 1+ year of relevant experience
• Strong English communication skills
• Finance processing experience is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
📊 COST CONTROL SPECIALIST
What you’ll do:
• Review, validate and authorize invoices
• Perform cost and service charge reconciliations
• Calculate and validate tenant recharges
• Investigate and resolve invoice queries
• Monitor property expenditures and prepare reports
• Support process improvements and coach junior colleagues
What we’re looking for:
• 🎓 BSc/MSc degree required
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Strong English communication skills
• Finance/economics background is an advantage
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
