- Location : Prime location at City Walk.
- Compensation : 90 EGP (Basic + Variables).
- Schedule : Rotational 24/7 (Males) | Maximum 2 AM shift for Females | Rotational days off.
The Role:
You will be the first point of contact for US customers, providing top-tier support across Voice, Email, Social Media & Chat. We are looking for experts who can handle 100% Technical Troubleshooting for Samsung mobile devices.
Minimum Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting ability for mobile devices.
- Flexibility to work a rotational schedule.
