Description and Requirements
【岗位职责】
1、负责 Android Framework Java 层及 Native 功能开发维护工作；
2、负责 Android 系统稳定性问题的分析和解决，如 ANR、Crash、内存泄漏、卡顿、冻屏 等疑难问题；
3、负责 Android APP 应用的接口定义及对接 HAL、Kernel 团队完成硬件抽象层适配，解决软硬件兼容性问题；
4、负责 Android 系统优化，包括系统裁剪、内存优化、长待机等方面优化；
5、编写技术文档及相关开发流程文档；
【任职要求】
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、电子工程、软件工程等相关专业，3–5 年及以上 Android Framework 开发经验；
2、精通 Java/Kotlin、C/C++，熟悉 JNI、Binder、Handler 等底层机制，具备扎实的数据结构与算法基础能力；
3、深入理解 Android 系统架构，熟练掌握 AMS/WMS/PMS、SurfaceFlinger、HAL 等核心模块源码与工作原理；
4、熟练使用 Systrace、Perfetto、gdb、Bugreport 等调试工具，具备系统级问题定位与性能优化能力；
5、较强的学习能力与自驱力，能快速跟进新技术并应用于实际项目；
6、良好的英文读写能力，加分项：口语交流能力；
