About This Role
This Android Developer role is for a highly motivated and quick-learning individual with strong leadership skills, capable of efficiently utilizing and contributing to a technical team. The position involves developing Android applications, with a focus on cybersecurity and complete product lifecycle management, and collaborating with design teams to implement mobile strategies.
Responsibilities
- Understand requirements, provide solutions, and collaborate efficiently with the team and clients
- Work with the design team to implement mobile strategies
- Adapt and respond to challenges as they arise
- Develop applications using Kotlin with MVVM / MVP architecture
- Publish applications on the Play Store (expected 10+ for senior engineers)
- Interface Android applications to server-side APIs using JSON
- Manage source code using Git
- Develop rich GUIs for Android with the latest material design and libraries
- Stay aware of the latest technological developments
- Design and develop B2C apps with interactive UI/UX, consumer engagement with notifications and app analytics
Requirements
- Education: B.E./ B.Tech /M.E./ M.Tech /MCA in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Android development
- Strong foundation in Android Application development with knowledge of cybersecurity and complete product lifecycle management
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Kotlin, JAVA & NDK
- Creative mindset with a passion for problem-solving and innovation
- Excellent time management skills and dedication to achieving high-quality work
- High-level knowledge of Java I/O, Collections, Algorithms and other well-known application frameworks
- Experience with JSON for interfacing Android applications to server-side APIs
- Experience with source code management techniques using Git
- Ability to develop rich GUIs for Android with the latest material design and libraries
- Constant awareness of the latest technological developments and a high level of expertise
- Experience in Consumer App (B2C) development, designing and developing B2C Apps with interactive UI/UX, consumer engagement with Notifications and app analytics
