About the role
Elevate is recruiting an Analyst - Law Department Operations to join our team! Legal Tracker experience is required.
Specifically, the Analyst will
- Monitor and manage the shared Gmail inbox, ensuring invoice management requests are responded to in a timely manner.
- Support invoice management processes within Thomson Reuters Legal Tracker.
- Research and resolve invoice-related inquiries by gathering relevant information and communicating updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while managing a high volume of requests.
- Track and document recurring issues and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service level expectations and provide excellent customer support.
- Prioritize multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
Skills for Success
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to learn new processes quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience supporting invoice management, legal operations, or administrative processes is preferred.
Technical Skills
- Required: Good level of experience with Thomson Reuters Legal Tracker and using Gmail, specifically managing shared inboxes or high-volume email environments.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including filtering, sorting, and reviewing data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
Compensation
- The pay range for this remote-based role is $65,000-$75,000.
