Analyst - Investment Banking

About This Role

An Investment Banking Analyst plays a crucial role in developing financial analysis and models for various securities, supporting M&A transactions, and preparing comprehensive materials for client interactions and public offerings. This position suits a finance or accounting graduate with strong analytical and communication skills who is eager for early responsibility and a steep learning curve in a leading investment banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial analysis and financial models for the valuation of securities, such as pricing for offerings or M&A transactions
• Conduct research to perform various analyses in preparation for pitching and meeting with clients
• Prepare meeting materials that contain thorough analysis
• Draft and prepare prospectuses and marketing/roadshow materials
• Communicate with client's working team to ensure smooth deal execution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with outstanding academic record in Finance or Accounting
• Excellent written and spoken English as well as presentation skills
• Strong conceptual, communication and analytical skills
• Team player attitude with enthusiasm and energetic drive
