Job Description
The Analyst will play an instrumental role in supporting financial advisors and their teams to deliver exceptional client service. This role focuses on operational efficiency, client outreach, and ensuring compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities Internal Operations
- Operational support for financial advisors and clients.
- Prepare and submit new business paperwork (e.g., MAAR applications, e-forms).
- Safeguard client data and confidentiality while adhering to established processes.
- Manage social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn) with timely posts.
- Update team website as required.
Client Outreach
- Handle administrative client correspondence (emails, calls) for scheduling, greetings, event invites, and digital sign-ups (Total View, Secure Site, e-Signature, e-Delivery).
- Collect client-level profile information (age, address, income, marital status).
- Confirm account-level details (liquidity needs, risk tolerance, investment timeframe).
- Assist clients with data gathering for financial planning.
Future Activities (Post Licensing)
- Accept and process client orders.
- Support advisors in preparing investment recommendations (advisors finalize and communicate).
- Provide opinions to advisors on investment suitability.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in Finance discipline (0–1 year experience or 1-year diploma preferred).
- Willingness to pursue licensing certifications (Series 7, State Securities, State IAR, State Insurance).
- Flexibility to work evening hours (8:00 pm – 4:30 am IST).
- Strong communication skills with client service orientation.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Exposure to financial products (mutual funds, insurance, retirement services).
- High attention to detail and ability to meet strict timelines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles (written and verbal).
- Experience interacting with financial advisors.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
