Key Performance Indicators:
- Program and script online surveys using Decipher platform.
- Translate survey requirements into functional and efficient scripts.
- Perform thorough testing (logic, data validation, quotas, etc.) before deployment
- Troubleshoot and resolve survey-related issues within timelines
- Manage survey updates, revisions, and client change requests
- Ensure data quality and consistency across all projects
- Collaborate with internal teams (project managers, data processing, etc.)
Optimize scripts for performance and reusability
Required Competencies:
- Strong hands-on experience with Decipher survey programming
- Experience in dashboard creation and data visualization
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, CSS, JavaScript etc.
- Good understanding of survey logic (skip patterns, piping, quotas, validations)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Work Environment Details: Comfortable working in 24×5 rotational shifts.
