What You'll Do
Act as a technical and operational reference for the IT Support team. Ensure excellence in user experience and standardize processes and quality of deliveries. Support the development of junior and mid-level analysts and contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes.
What We're Looking For
Knowledge of ITIL processes. Experience in Incident, Request, and Problem Management. Familiarity with ITSM tools, Windows, and corporate Google environments. Experience with IT onboarding processes and troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity, and corporate applications.
