Position Snapshot Integrated Business Services LATAM | Asunción, Paraguay. Source to Pay | Purchasing Support Analyst Available Shift: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00.

Nestlé Paraguay is the unit in charge of importing and distributing of all our 1# brands and they have been in the market for 23 years.
On the other hand, we are Integrated Business Services Asunción, the Nestlé service center. We’ve been in the market since 2018. We provide Backoffice services as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media to all Nestlé in LATAM from México down the map. Our clients are our colleagues.

Position Summary NBS LATAM es un lugar dinámico y desafiante para trabajar. Como Analista de Soporte de Compras , serás responsable de brindar soporte a los mercados de LATAM en el proceso de cotizaciones de compras, con el fin de satisfacer las necesidades de las operaciones diarias del negocio. Trabajarás para resolver incidencias, participar en negociaciones e identificar oportunidades de mejora y reducción de costos, colaborando estrechamente con el equipo local de Procurement (Abastecimiento) y actuando como una extensión estratégica de esta área.
A day in the life of...
- Negociar con proveedores regionales de Nestlé a nivel LATAM.
- Gestionar procesos de licitación y cotización (Bidding Process).
- Mantener la relación entre Business Partners y stakeholders clave.
- Generar y presentar reportes de ahorros para el negocio.
- Participar en reuniones operativas enfocadas en mejora continua e implementación de procesos.
- Presentar y dar seguimiento a indicadores de desempeño (KPIs).
- Controlar y reportar métricas de productividad.
- Desempeñarte en un entorno dinámico con excelentes oportunidades de aprendizaje y colaboración.
What Will Make You Successful
- Nivel de inglés intermedio a avanzado.
- Manejo intermedio de Excel.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
- Experiencia en procesos de Procurement/Compras (requisito indispensable).
- Mentalidad orientada a la mejora continua y aceleración del desempeño.
- Conocimientos de SAP (deseable, no excluyente).
- Estudios universitarios completos o en curso en Administración de Empresas, Finanzas, Cadena de Suministro, Compras, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
