Responsibilities and Duties
- Acompanhar, registrar e reportar as notificações tributárias recebidas nos DT-es e e-CAC, gerir prazos e necessidade de ação das áreas;
- Garantir o controle de processos administrativos tributários, mantendo as atualizações regulares em relação aos status dos processos, valores etc.;
- Apoiar nos atendimentos às fiscalizações das autoridades fazendárias;
- Garantir a regularidade fiscal da empresa, renovando tempestivamente as Certidões Negativas de Débitos Tributários (CNDs) e a situação fiscal, analisando e tratando eventuais pendências;
- Controlar os regimes especiais e incentivos fiscais da empresa, garantindo o atendimento de exigências para fins de cumprimento das contrapartidas e renovações;
- Acompanhar as atualizações na legislação tributária, interpretar e assegurar o cumprimento das exigências legais;
- Apoiar nos estudos tributários e análises de oportunidades tributárias;
- Atualizar relatórios para análise e acompanhamento da evolução dos impostos, garantindo consistência das informações;
- Acompanhar faturamentos de escritórios jurídicos e consultorias;
- Apoiar na execução do plano de ação da implementação Reforma Tributária.
Requirements and Qualifications
Buscamos uma pessoa proativa, com boa capacidade analítica, excelente comunicação e escrita, que saiba se relacionar bem com diferentes áreas da empresa. Valorizamos pessoas organizadas, comprometidas, detalhistas e ágeis, que tenham senso de urgência e estejam sempre dispostas a contribuir com soluções eficientes e de qualidade em um ambiente dinâmico e colaborativo.
- Formação completa em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Direito, Economia ou áreas relacionadas;
- Experiência em rotinas de planejamento tributário;
- Excel Intermediário / Avançado;
- Disponibilidade para atuar 100% presencial em Cabreúva/SP.
Differential:
- Se você tiver bacharel em Direito ou estiver cursando o 4º ou 5º ano.
