Infrastructure & Operations Analyst Hybrid Model | Mexico City

We are looking for an Infrastructure & Operations Analyst who combines solid technical knowledge with strong communication skills. In this role, you will support and administer critical infrastructure environments, collaborate with multiple technical teams, and help deliver an exceptional experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and support infrastructure, virtualization, and Microsoft 365 environments, handling escalated incidents and service requests.
• Perform operational activities such as user and access management, account creation and unlocks, license administration, backups, snapshots, and patch deployments.
• Serve as a technical point of contact for customers, understanding their needs and coordinating solutions with internal teams.
• Monitor, manage, and follow up on incidents, requests, and service tickets, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
• Collaborate with specialized support teams across different technology towers to resolve complex issues and deliver integrated solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and platform performance while contributing to service excellence.

What we need to see from you:

• Experience supporting and administering Windows infrastructure, Active Directory, and access management environments.
• Working knowledge of VMware virtualization technologies and general on-premises infrastructure concepts.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including user management, licensing, and tenant-related activities.
• Understanding of IT Service Management practices and ITIL principles.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills, with the ability to confidently interact with stakeholders and explain technical topics.
• Highly organized, proactive, and self-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
